RETURN POLICY:

  • We accept RETURNS received to us within fourteen (14) days of purchase for a full refund to original form of payment less the shipping cost paid when item(s) were purchased.

  • NO EXCHANGES are allowed. 

  • Item(s) must be free from damage and/or stains, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, free of pet hair, perfume, smoke scent, deodorant and makeup in order to receive a refund. Item(s) that do not meet these requirements will not receive a refund and item(s) will be forfeited by the customer.

  • Item(s) being returned MUST have the "If removed or tampered with, no return allowed" tag attached. If this tag is missing, removed or shows visible signs of being tampered with, the item(s) is no longer eligible for a return.

  • All sales are final on sale items, items bought with a discount code and items considered "accessories" ie: Jewelry, hats, purses, bags, scarves, etc.

  • NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON MERCHANDISE PURCHASED FROM A TRUNK SHOW, MARKET, POP UP EVENT OR CHARITY EVENT

  • Refunds cannot be issued until the return has been received, processed and approved by Jamie's Clothing Boutique. 

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  We recommend a method of shipment that will provide a tracking number (ask your post office for options). Jamie's Clothing Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged by the shipping company.

  • Postage date on the return package needs to be NO later than fourteen (14) days from the purchase date on the invoice. Example: Item purchased on October, 14th would need to be mailed back to Jamie's Clothing Boutique on or before October 28th with the postage date showing no later than October 28th. If the date is beyond the fourteen (14) days, the item(s) will NOT be eligible for return. If the customer decides to return item(s) after the fourteen (14) days, the item(s) will be forfeited by the customer and no refund will be given. 

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund to be issued to original form of payment. 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

  • If you have received a damaged item, please contact us via email within three (3) days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.

  • If the damaged item is no longer available, a credit will be issued.

  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.

  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

HOW TO RETURN:

  • Send item(s) to be returned along with your original invoice. Circle the item(s) you are returning and list reason for return 

  • Send return(s) via preferred method of shipment to address listed below.

  • Hold on to your tracking number in case we need to locate your return.
